  • No. 1: Address the deterioration of the  Church Envelope First, to preserve structure and prevent further damage.
  • No. 2: Address the remaining needs of the church.
  • No. 3:  Address the needs of the school and critical site work.
  • No. 4:  Address the remaining optional work not critical to operation of church or school, based on available funds.
