The funding requirements shown below were based upon cost estimates prepared by the architect and restoration professionals for the various work items associated with each phase.  The estimates were initially prepared in May 2002, and were updated in October 2006.  These cost estimates were then escallated to reflect the cost in the future, based upon the 10 year schedule in the comprehensive multi-phase plan.
