Two fundraising campaigns were proposed, as indicated below.  At this time, the Foundation will raise funds for the First Campaign only.  It is anticipated that the fundraising will be spread out over four to five years.

  •Second Campaign will be for Phase 2, 3 and 4 Work (Priority 2, 3 and 4).
